Who is a member, and who is a viewer?
A member changes work — creates, edits, assigns, moves, runs tests, logs time. A viewer looks and talks: they open what they're invited to and comment. Members are €12; viewers are free — 10 on Free, 25 on Team, more on Enterprise. The only thing a viewer ever writes is a comment.
What is Enterprise?
Everything in Team, plus what has to be contracted rather than clicked: a signed DPA, SCIM, audit retention and signed exports, named support, and dedicated EU or on-premises hosting. Priced per organization — talk to us.
What happens when we cancel?
Cancel and export live on the same screen. Everything — tickets, comments, attachments, pages, test results — in open formats, any time. Unused annual time is refunded pro rata.
